We are aspiring to be ACCT degree accredited by the AACSB in the future. Please put Items A and C along with your updated vita in a folder to have available during the AACSB visit. 2) The Strategic Development Committee met last on September 24, 2004 after the faculty meeting was over. 3) The ETS test for MGT 4300 (Capstone course) was discussed. Some thought it did not accurately reflect the preparation and capabilities of our students. Dr. Worley suggested the College of Business could develop an in-house examination and still keep administering the ETS tests. Four hundred sixty schools use the ETS test. ULM quit giving it. LSU will not give us their results. Tech does not admit they give it. The first time we gave it, we were at the 19th percentile. We have risen up to the 90th percentile in finance. We will have another meeting in a week or two. Meeting was adjourned at 1:30. Beth Carter Secretary
